Can i swap what bins are cleaned with a regular service?
We're unable to offer bin swaps, but the bins we sticker are the ones we'll take care of. If you need extra bins cleaned, just book them for a one-time service.
What day/time do you come out to clean my wheelie bins?
For residential customers, we aim to clean your bins the day after your waste collection. For businesses, we'll aim to swing by on your waste collection day. Once you've booked with us, we'll send you an email and an SMS to let you know when we'll be coming by. Please make sure your bins are empty and waste-free before we arrive. If you need to use your bins before our cleaning takes place, just stash your waste in a plastic bag or box for now.
Can I have rubbish in my bins, or must they be empty?
Please ensure your bins are empty and waste-free before we arrive so we can clean them— this is super important. We clean bins after your rubbish truck has collected it, if your collection has occurred and you are waiting for our arrival, and you must use your bins before our cleaning takes place, just place your rubbish in a plastic bag or box for now.
